My divorce was harder than most. I was dealing with a high-conflict ex-husband who wouldn’t agree to anything, kept flip-flopping his position, and was hell-bent on making the process as difficult as possible. Despite this, I was blessed by having a true advocate by my side guiding me through to the best possible outcome. That advocate was Megan Murray. Megan quickly responded to any questions, concerns, and action items throughout the whole process with compassion and clear direction. Megan is a class act. It became apparent that Megan was well-respected by the Mediator and the Judge for her ethical and professional reputation. Unfortunately, I had to take my ex back to court after the divorce for not complying with our divorce agreement. Megan successfully fought to have him pay for my legal fees due to his lack of cooperation, which, from what I understand, is hard to accomplish. Many in my divorce support group had issues with their lawyers, but I was confident and impressed with the way Megan represented me and my case from start to finish.
